Reply:Well, the tibia is in the lower leg. It connects the femur (thigh bone) the the ankle.





So, the answer is C. The knee and ankle need to be immobilized. The tibia helps rotate the lower leg, so rotating the knee or ankle is not advisable while the bone is healing.
