They spot Hillary Clinton and Barak Obama sitting in a rowboat in the middle of the street, laid back, drinking beer, with fishing poles cast over the side of the boat.
"Look at those nincompoops," Bush grumbles.
"Yeah, nincompoops,' Cheney agrees.
"Run out there and tell those dumbbells they can't go fishing in the middle of the street," Bush commands.
"No way," Cheney protests. "I'm not going out there. You know I can't swim, George."
