Equivalent ratios and proportions?

In Canadian federal elections, 3 out of 4 voters usually cast their votes. In a riding with 60,000 voters,

a) how many people are expected to vote?

b) how many people are not expected to vote?

c) what is the expected ratio of voters who cast their votes to voters who do not cast their votes to total number of voters?

Equivalent ratios and proportions?
This looks too easy. Have I missed something?

(a) 3/4 x 60,000 = 45,000

(b) 1/4 x 60,000 = 15,000

(c) 45,000 : 15,000 : 60,000 or 3 : 1 : 4
