Do you think the D.C. anti 2ND Amendment case will be upheld this week?
I think it will be upheld, It does not have enough political push to be cast out. The shadow government of DC wants to have the guns off the streets, that means all legal gun owners will also suffer
DC should be the 51th state, but politics and tax benefits for political offers has prevented that. Then we would not have this CRAP and they would have the rights as the other states and this would not happen
Reply:I think it will be upheld. I got a question no one else seems to know the answer too. Is DC really entitled to rights granted under the constitution? I have asked that before and received no answers.
Reply:I hope the legal citizens there get their guns back so they can protect themselves
