Does anyone know if C.H.I.P.S. the movie is still in the works?

A few years ago on cinescape.com there was a article on it and a few scattered notes on it since but havent seen anything in years.

Yes. Wilmer Valderrama from "that 70's show" is Ponch in CHiPs Movie. It's schedules to be released in 2009.

Last I heard it was still in production with a release date of 2009.
